Ms. Parise serves as the Financial and Operations Principal and Chief Financial Officer of ShoreBridge Capital Securities, LLC, the firm’s broker/dealer. In this capacity, she supervises the daily operations and financial and regulatory reporting activities for the firm.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Ms. Parise draws upon her various roles in the financial services industry providing accounting and regulatory reporting. She is currently Partner of S.D. Daniels & Co., P.C., an accounting and consulting firm.

Ms. Parise earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from CUNY – Queens College. She serves as Vice Chair of the Stock Brokerage committee of the New York State Society of CPAs and is a member of the FINRA Series 27 Exam Review committee and FINRA’s FinOP Working Group. Ms. Parise currently holds FINRA Series 27 and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
